1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using furryperks.co (“Site”) and purchasing products (“Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any updates we post. If you don’t agree, please do not use the Site or purchase Products.

2. Use of Site & Content

  • All text, images, and materials (“Content”) are owned or licensed by FurryPerks and can only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Content without permission.

3. Accounts & Registration

  • For certain services (e.g., order history, subscription), you may need to register. Provide truthful, up-to-date information.
  • You’re responsible for activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use immediately.
  • Account termination may occur for rule violations or misuse.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Orders are not finalized until payment is authorized and confirmed on our end.
  • Prices shown are in SGD, include GST where applicable, and exclude shipping fees.
  • We reserve the right to correct errors or change prices.
  • Payment information is processed securely by our designated payment provider.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer tracked shipping within Singapore; international shipping is subject to rate and destination availability.
  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days for in-stock items.
  • Pre-orders: dispatched within 30 days, or fully refunded if delayed beyond that timeframe.
  • If an item is lost in transit, you may request a replacement or refund upon verification.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving the return, minus shipping fees.
  • After 14 days from delivery, no return or refund accepted except where required by law.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges permitted within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
  • Additional shipping costs may apply.

8. Product & Health Disclaimers

  • Products are intended as supplements only — not substitutes for veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
  • Consult your veterinarian before use, especially for pets with existing conditions or on medication.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
  • Both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before initiating litigation in Singapore courts.

13. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and FurryPerks regarding the use of our Site and purchase of Products.
